This is a plain-language summary of how MysticStack Technologies (“MysticStack”, “we”) handles the information you share with us through this website. If anything is unclear, email hello@mysticstack.com and we’ll explain.

• Project inquiries. When you submit the contact form we receive your name, email, and — if you provide them — your phone number, company, the services you selected, your preferred contact method and your project brief.
• Basic technical data. Standard request logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) recorded automatically by our hosting provider, Cloudflare.

Why we collect it

• To reply to your inquiry and discuss potential work with you.
• To keep the website secure and running reliably.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

We use a small number of services to run this site. Each only receives what it needs:

• Cloudflare — hosts the website and processes the contact form request.
• Resend — delivers your inquiry to our inbox as an email.

How long we keep it

We keep project inquiries for as long as they’re relevant to a current or potential engagement. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Show you the information we hold about you.
• Correct anything that’s inaccurate.
• Delete your information.
• Stop using it for a particular purpose.
